Very highly recommend Comfy Cotton! They make cloth diapering so simple, convenient and dare I say enjoyable?! Just leave the dirty diapers outside and a fresh bag arrives right to our door weekly - so satisfying. No rinsing necessary. I’ve had several interactions with Cheryl over the phone and she is so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Our 4 month old has had ZERO diaper rashes since we started using their cloth diapers. My husband and I are so impressed with Comfy Cotton. I was a bit intimidated by using prefolds but Cheryl showed us how easy it is and we love them. The customer service is consistently outstanding and everyone has gone out of their way to make sure that we’re happy. I recently came into their office to pick up some clean diapers and had my daughter in tow. She received two balloons (her favourite) and Cheryl even helped me out to the car so that I wouldn’t have to lug a baby and a bag of diapers. Phenomenal!

My wife and I wanted to try out cloth diapers but were a bit hesitant at first. The staff and Comfy Cotton were incredible throughout the entire process of learning how the service works and placing my order. Cheryl is an incredible example of what customer service should be. The diapers always come clean and in great condition. Before switching, our daughter had a rash that would not go away with even the best of creams. When we switched to Cotton diapers, it went away almost overnight. The diaper wraps included in the Standard package were great. They are easy to get a good, snug fit and as long as you fasten them correctly, will not leak. We love the service and plan to keep using it as our family grows.

Comfy Cotton was the perfect service for us. We really wanted to use reusable diapers but I was intimidated by buying all the supplies and of course cleaning! This service took care of all the hard parts of cloth diapers while still benefitting our family. Having diapers dropped off weekly is great, because you never need to worry about going out to get them. The only thing you will need to buy are the diaper covers. All the people I spoke to at comfy cotton were friendly and helpful, and I am grateful to the driver for coming up our stairs each week. What a great team of people at Comfy Cotton! If you are on the fence about cloth diapers, I highly encourage you to give this service a try! You will love it!
