Getting Started with the Service

    • You can register anytime, even after your baby has arrived!

  • No long-term contracts, fuel surcharges, or delivery fees. Save by prepaying for a 13- or 26-week option. If you wish to stop, a two-week cancellation notice is required.

  • No, there are no cancellation fees. We only require a two-week cancellation notice.

Delivery and Pick-Up

    • Your first delivery is scheduled two weeks before your due date. Further deliveries begin once your baby arrives.

  • Place soiled diapers out the night before. If missed:

    1. Hold onto diapers until next week.

    2. Drop soiled diapers at our Markham office.

    3. Request courier collection ($15 fee).

  • Each family has two diaper sets. If you miss a week, we won’t deliver clean diapers unless you order an extra set for $5.

  • Yes, deliveries are made on holidays. If changes are needed, you’ll be notified in writing.

    • Yes, with a 3-hour delivery window for convenience.

    • Yes, call our office to arrange a vacation hold.

Diaper and Accessory Details

    • Newborn: 80 diapers

    • Infant: 70–80 diapers

    • Toddler: 40 diapers

    • Newborn: 4–7 lbs (ideal for preemies/twins)

    • Infant: 7–18 lbs (suitable for most new babies)

    • Toddler: 18+ lbs (for the final diapering stage)

  • Our flat, rectangular “Pre-Fold” diapers are convenient when paired with a diaper cover, offering flexible options.

    • Yes, our pre-folds are compatible with most diaper cover brands.

    • Additional diapers can be provided for an extra cost. Please call our office to order.

Pricing and Rates

Hygiene and Washing Process

    • Diapers go through a 10-stage cleaning process using high temperatures and an Ozone washing system, which disinfects naturally and is pH-balanced for baby’s skin.

  • We use a unique combination of Soap, Sour, Softener, Alkaline, Bacteriostat, Chlorine, and a Chlorine neutralizer.

  • No need! Use our dry-pail system. Our anti-bacterial treatment prevents bacteria and odor buildup.

Additional Information

    • Comfy Cotton owns all diapers, which must be returned upon service termination.

    • Yes, as long as they have all the necessary information.
